Our snow days were filled with lots of good home cooking (chicken and dumplings and The Pioneer Woman's cinnamon rolls all in one day!) and then beans, cornbread, fried potatoes, cabbage, turnips, and Mexican casserole at Gram's the next day! We watched Christmas movies, played in the snow/ice, made s'mores in the fireplace with our next door neighbors, Kennedy and Camryn went duck hunting with Daddy, went out to eat, had a bunking party at Maci's, and did a little Christmas shopping. We were all so sad to go back to school and work today!

We had lots of time to enjoy our pretty tree! So far this year it hasn't fallen over...

Laynie loved the snow!

Until she started being silly!

We obviously like icing!

We were taking care of Jan Jan's dog and couldn't get out of our driveway so had to walk/sled to get her!

Photo shoot in front of Gram's tree!

Santa wanted a selfie with me!

Who doesn't want to break from Christmas shopping in the ice for a chocolate milk shake?

Since we were there spending the night we decided to do Christmas early!
