Kennedy's Fall Musical

Kennedy's 2nd grade musical was all about "fall." She sang some pretty songs and had a speaking part! It was lots of fun!

Thursday Night Dinner Halloween Party

We had our annual Halloween get together at the Dennie's new house this year! Since they sorta live out in the country we were able to have a bonfire! The kids loved it and hopefully this will be our new tradition!
All the kiddos minus Kennedy! She was out to eat with Maci and Kristen. Daddy and Tinkerbell

Race For The Cure, 2011

Kennedy walked in Race For The Cure Saturday with Aunt Magan. It was a super early morning for her (5:30) but she loves stuff like this and didn't mind one bit! She had a great time and looked so cute in her pink!

We welcomed baby Micah into our family Thursday, October 20th! We spent the afternoon today holding and loving on him. He is such a sweet, cuddly little boy and Kennedy, Camryn, and Laynie are proud to have another sweet little cousin! Proud Daddy
Proud big brother

Pumpkin Patch

Camryn went on her very first ever field trip last Wednesday...to the pumpkin patch in Mayflower. Daddy went with her and they had a great time. They left the school around 8:30 (Camryn on the bus and Daddy following) and stayed until after lunch...the sack lunch Camryn got but she left Dad's in her backpack so he just watched everyone else eat! After the field trip they went to the buck shot and she shot a gun for the first time, rode the 4-wheeler and played hide and go seek in the beans. She had a great day with her Daddy!
On a search for the perfect pumpkin!

Todd and I celebrated our 9-year anniversary on October 12th. This is one of my favorite pictures from our wedding. We were just pronounced "Mr. and Mrs. Todd McGuire." There are so many things I love about it...Bro. Paul in the background, Janna wiping her tears, the groomsmen clapping, the way Todd and I both have our heads cocked glowing at our guests, and Nona and Papa sitting on the 3rd row! Todd surprised me with a weekend trip to Branson. We stayed at the Hilton Promenade at Branson Landing Friday and Saturday night. We enjoyed lots of good food, relaxing in the hotel room watching a movie, a little shopping, and exploring Big Cedar Lodge and Dogwood Canyon!
Saturday morning: Getting a game plan
We have been wanting to stay at Big Cedar Lodge for a while now. We decided to drive over and check it out. We had fun taking in the atmosphere, going on a nature walk, watching the guests canoe and paddleboat, and and just relaxing on a park bench watching the lake.
After leaving Big Cedar we went to Dogwood Canyon Nature Park and went on a 6-mile bike ride. The scenery was beautiful and we kept saying how much the girls would love coming here!

Part of Dogwood Canyon is located in Arkansas. Kennedy and Camryn thought it was cool that we rode bikes to Arkansas!

Relaxing in our awesome hotel room after our bike ride

While we were eating dinner Saturday night at Level 2 Steakhouse, we got this video from the girls. It made me cry!
One of Laynie's favorite things to say is , "What's that?"
The other night she was loving on her baby baby in the bathtub and it started tee teeing. She couldn't figure out what was going on!

Lunch With Camryn

It was pizza day so you wanted to buy your lunch! You ate everything on your tray except for some of the salad and then you didn't have any room left for the huge Rice Krispie treat they gave you! It was about three times bigger than all the other kids! We wrapped it in a napkin and I brought it home!

Pumpkin Patch

We met Mrs. Carrie, Jack and Lucy at Mary's Pumpkin Patch today. It was not very good pumpkin patch weather...pretty toasty! After running our routine Monday morning errands you feel asleep in the car so you got a short little nap while I unloaded the groceries and then it was time to meet our friends. Since I had to wake you up, you were not giving too many smiles but I think you had fun! You just did not like that scratchy, poky hay!
I'll take this one!

Trying to find the secret door out of the maze. You and Lucy were so cute following each other!
