Gram and Poppy invited us to go to Garvan Gardens ons Saturday night before Christmas. The girls always enjoy going and looking at all the lights!

Christmas with the Gang!

We celebrated Christmas with the Dennie's and the Pennington's on December 1st at our house. December gets busy so fast we decided to start off the holiday parties early this year! As usual the kids had a great time playing together and enjoyed opening a gift from one of their special friends!

Magan came and got the girls tonight to decorate Valentine's Day cookies. They had a great time!! My little sister is sooo much more creative than I will ever be!

Lipstick

Laynie, one of your most favorite things to do is put on lipstick! Aunt Debbie gave you some Dora lipgloss for Christmas and you never let it out of your sight...you even slept with it! If I leave my purse within your reach you make a beeline for my lipstick! Then you walk around with your lips puckered out!!

Our Summer Pet

I have been trying hard to organize my pictures today and came across these. This adorable little thing showed up one afternoon this summer on my mom's doorstep.











I was getting a little grossed out by him pooping in his house (a plastic shoebox), swimming in his water and then the girls playing with him so one day I put him in the backyard on our picnic table...well I guess I forgot that owls prey at night and can see in the dark! The next morning when the girls excitedly went to play with him they discovered that he had "run away to find his friends and family."
