3-Year Preschool Graduation
Camryn graduated from 3-year preschool last Friday. Their program was adorable and they have been working on memory verses from A to Z throughout the past year. She knows a Bible verse for each letter of the alphabet including the reference with only a little prompting! She has learned so much and loved her teacher and friends.

My Momma's Is Gooder
The next night, Aunt Holli made mashed potatoes. Before making them, she asked Camryn if she liked mashed potatoes. Camryn quickly replied "yes." A few seconds later she said "is it my momma's kind?" Needless to say, she didn't like the mashed potatoes either!
Aunt Holli needs to take cooking lessons from momma!
I hope Camryn doesn't marry a chef one day!!

We officially have a name! Laynie Drue will arrive on June 7th. I got some necessary baby supplies yesterday and was showing them to Camryn this morning. She wasn't quite sure what the bottle brush was and asked if it was to brush baby Kallie Laynie's hair. That is what she calls her because she is convinced her name is going to be Kallie.

The Family Farm
While Camryn and I were having muffins, Daddy and Kennedy were headed to the Family Farm in Glen Rose...her last Kindergarten field trip. For some reason I totally forgot to let her wear her Hurricane Creek Elementary shirt! They had a blast and she was one smelly, filthy little girl when they got home! She caught a 4 lb catfish and you could still smell it when she got home! They made a pit stop to the Salem Dairy Bar on the way back and got her favorite...a chocolate shake! They brought me and Camryn one too!

Muffins For Mom
Camryn's preschool class served all the Mommy's with chocolate chip muffins they made in honor of Mother's Day. They helped Mrs. Stacey decorate the tables and had a handprint plate, a candle and a card waiting at our seats. It was so sweet!

Toothless Wonder
Kennedy lost her very first tooth tonight! While we were in Disney World she kept telling me her tooth hurt. I would look at it and would not find anything out of the ordinary other than it was shifted to the left a little and assumed she bumped her mouth on a ride. I never thought that the silly thing was loose! She loves eating apples whole (like Snow White as she says) and couldn't even bite into an apple. A few days after we got home she came to me with her flashlight and said she had something hard behind her hurt tooth. I looked and her big girl tooth was coming in! After making a big deal about it I told her to go to Daddy and get him to make her baby tooth loose. Well, needless to say it already was and we did not even know it. I just finished reading her Junie B., First Grader Toothless Wonder so she was well prepared for tonight's event! Daddy gave it one tug and out it came. She was ecstatic and is normally freaked out by blood but I think the book really helped with that! Camryn asked, "Daddy, why are you so strong?" In the book Junie B. isn't so sure of the tooth fairy and wonders what she does with all the used teeth. The morning after the tooth fairy comes Junie B.'s little brother wakes up with his first tooth. So the book concludes that the tooth fairy gives the teeth away to people who need them. Gram has been having a toothache and Kennedy decided tonight that the tooth fairy will give Gram her tooth!

Random
Riding scooters Sunday after church at Gram and Poppy's. These girls LOVE to play outside!

I know I take way to many sleeping pictures but I loved this one...they both are asleep in the same position. They also look really hot - maybe I should put the blanket in the closet!
Pretending like she is in jail while Daddy is putting the baby bed together.
She has been sleeping in it since it has been put together. She says the baby can sleep with Kennedy and she will sleep in the baby bed...not sure what will happen with that one! Right after Todd put her bed in the attic I went in her room and she was sitting at the tea party table sucking her thumb. She said, "Mommy, since I don't have a bed anymore can I suck my thumb right here?" (We have a rule that she can only suck her thumb in her bed). Bless her heart!
Singing In The Rain
It rained a little Saturday morning and Camryn asked if she could go outside and play in the rain. She thought it was a double treat to be out in her jammies and in the rain! She is so much fun and is so full of life and energy. I love you so much Camryn!
